Techrelay provides remote help desk services for basic device and software troubleshooting via techrelay.link. By accessing or using our site and services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Definitions
Service: Remote support for device and software issues.
Info Product: Digital guides, tutorials, or materials provided by techrelay.
Physical Good: Merchandise or hardware shipped to you.
2. Services
2.1 Remote Help Desk
Our core offering at techrelay is remote support to diagnose and resolve basic device and software issues. You schedule a support session through our site.
Cancellations or schedule changes must be requested at least 24 hours prior to the session. If you cancel or change within this timeframe and the session has not begun, you will receive a full reimbursement. Once a support session has commenced, no reimbursement is available due to time and resource commitment.
2.2 Digital Materials
Info Products are delivered electronically. You may request a reimbursement within 7 days of purchase provided you have not accessed or downloaded the material. After download or access, no reimbursement is available given the nature of electronic delivery.
2.3 Merchandise
For Physical Goods, you may request a reimbursement or replacement within 30 days of shipment. Items must be in original condition and packaging. You must cover shipment to our facility unless the item is defective.
3. Reimbursement Procedure
Submit any reimbursement request via Contact Form. Approved reimbursements will be credited to your original payment method within 7 to 14 days. Alternatively, you may choose a service credit valid for 12 months from the issue date. Service credits are nontransferable and will expire after their validity period.
4. Modifications and Scheduling
Support sessions can be rescheduled once at no fee if requested at least 48 hours before the original appointment. Later rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur standard session fees.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, techrelay’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service or product.
